Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only at this time. Shipping is free on every order.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearing.
Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch.
You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
We do not ship to freight forwarders, and we cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout, contact us straight away. Once a parcel has shipped to a wrong address we cannot recover it.
